Haiga (Japanese: 俳画; literally "haiku picture"). Traditionally, a drawing representing an extension or elaboration of a haiku, accomplished by the poet him/herself and most commonly using sumi-e (black-ink brush drawing).

DailyHaiga is 14 years old and has published about 3000 haiga from over 400 contributors in over 40 different countries . We are calling for submissions from haiga artists of up to 10 new pieces to be considered for publication. Detailed guidelines can be found on the site.
